(1.11-1.23) Angharad: I really enjoy the shows that we do at the dance school I go to. I think they’re really fun and they teach you professional skills and performance skills and they’re just an amazing opportunity.

(1.36-1.53) Angharad: Ballet is my strongest style i’ve been told. I think this is because i’ve been training in ballet for the longest. I started ballet classes 11 years ago when I was 6 years old. I started dancing age 6 and the first two styles I learnt were ballet and tap and I think ballet was my favourite back then as well.

(2.14-2.48) Angharad: I Monday to Thursday, 9am-3.20pm then from 4-8pm. I like dancing because I don't like sitting still so dancing allows me to move around a lot. I really love the friends that I've met along the way doing it and the opportunities that I've had. I’ve always enjoyed dancing and its always been my main hobby and passion. I want to go to dance collage next year so that I can continue training, working on my strengths and weaknesses, continue improving and get to the level where I need to be.
(2.48-2.51) Cross blur into dance footage then straight cut back into the interview.
(2.51-3.56) Angharad: I currently dance at Stage Right Studios in Royston. It’s a really nice place with a lovely family feel to it and I enjoy all of the classes that I take. My normal college dance begins with a 1 hour 20 minute ballet class. Then I have a mixture of classes which are different each day. Could be jazz, street, singing, commercial, body conditioning. So after ballet we have 2 one hour classes in these styles then a lunch break then another 2 classes in the afternoon and college finishes at 3.20.
After college, on Monday I have competition group and ballet class, on Tuesday I have ballet, jazz and commercial, on Wednesday I have technique & conditioning and advanced pointe work and on Thursday I have tap and contemporary.
(3.56-4.02) Fade into dance footage then straight cut back into interview section.
(4.02-4.29) Angharad: I’m in the senior competition group for my studio and we go to competitions in and around Cambridge. Within the group I do a pointe work solo as this is my main strength, as well as competing in the lyrical and modern group sections. At a recent competition with our senior modern group, we won three awards including highest scoring modern group and highest scoring dance of the whole competition.
(4.29-4.31) Cross blur into dance footage then straight cut into final interview clip.
(4.31-4.46) Angharad: I prepare for auditions by making sure I have got the correct dance shoes and clothing hair and makeup and I practise my solo and song to make sure I'm able to do it in an audition situation.
(4.46-5.51) Straight cut into dance footage and then fade to black.
